Overview
Midwest Mechanical provides public sector clients turnkey design/retrofit and service solutions through the NCPA purchasing cooperative which has resulted in the most operationally efficient facilities possible. The Midwest Mechanical main office is in Chicago, with affiliate offices located throughout Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, and Alabama.
The Midwest Mechanical co-op contract has proven to be a Better, Faster, and More Cost Effective approach to retrofitting a building, in comparison to the traditional bid/spec method, or performance contracting. To date, Midwest has saved customers an average of 20% on construction costs per project, through the utilization of the co-op contract. This translates into millions of dollars saved for public sector clients.
Midwest offers a vendor neutral approach to our solutions, working with a variety of suppliers that fit our customer’s unique needs. In addition to the core HVAC products and services, Midwest and its affiliates offer a full array of related goods and services which allow them to provide a complete turnkey project to its clients. Projects and services are delivered with superior customer service.
Midwest Mechanical is a fully licensed engineering division and can offer full turnkey contracting, from design to commissioning, ensuring accountability throughout an entire project.
The Midwest Mechanical office is home to over 150 full time employees. Employees provide a wide range of expertise, from project sales, service sales, engineering, project management, customer service and field technicians.
The service departments have over 100 trucks serving customers to keep their HVAC systems running at peak performance in the various states served.

Under this contract, Midwest Mechanical provides Full Turnkey Design/Retrofit contracting which includes a host of HVAC and related products and services. This array of products and services has resulted in tremendous value to our clients, as it allows Midwest all of the tools necessary to get the job done.
