S&S Paving & Construction, Inc. (S&S) was founded on the principal that work is completed the right way, the first time. We take pride in being a local contractor that has been serving the Valley for more than three decades.
S&S has been in business for over 36 years, incorporated in Arizona in 1984 and currently has an employee base of 105 administrative, project management and field personnel. Our civil crews self-perform all roadway improvements, repairs, and maintenance including, but not limited to concrete, asphalt removal and paving, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, seal coats, striping, storm drains, underground and incidental utilities.
We have an experienced team in place that will be specifically dedicated to this NCPA Contract. We are prepared to continually provide excellent customer service to our clients, while remaining responsible stewards of all funds. We have a proven track record of being a team player, partnering with agency staff, design teams, and the general public.
